Welcome to ace666 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible at ace666.cam. ace666 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for the benefit of users in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", or "your") and ace666. They govern your registration, access, and use of all services made available through the Platform, including but not limited to live casino games, slot games, sports betting markets, lottery-style games, promotional offers, and the VIP loyalty program.

"Platform"

"Wagering Requirement"

"Restricted Jurisdiction"

Any territory or jurisdiction from which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law or Platform policy.

To register an Account and use the ace666 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) and are at least 21 years of age. ace666 strictly prohibits use of the Platform by persons under the age of 21. This age restriction applies regardless of the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are not a Restricted Person. Restricted Persons include employees of ace666, its affiliates, contractors, technology providers, and the immediate family members of any of the foregoing.
• You are registering only one (1) Account. Multiple accounts per individual, household, IP address, or device are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful. ace666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where registration information is found to be false or misleading.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement currently in effect on this Platform or through any other responsible gambling scheme that would cover your use of ace666.

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you are required to provide a valid mobile phone number or email address, create a secure password, and confirm your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You may be asked to complete additional verification steps as part of our KYC process.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual User is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on ace666 at any time. The use of multiple Accounts — whether in your own name or using the identity of another person — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ace666 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance that meets the minimum withdrawal threshold and satisfies all applicable wagering requirements will be returned to you via your preferred payment method. Bonus Funds not yet unlocked will be forfeited.

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

ace666 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and select cryptocurrencies (BTC and USDT). The minimum deposit amount is RM30, subject to the limits of the chosen payment method.

All funds deposited to ace666 must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. ace666 reserves the right to return deposits that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered Account holder.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions being satisfied:

• Your Account is fully KYC-verified (first withdrawal and periodically thereafter).
• Any active bonus wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Your withdrawal amount does not exceed your applicable daily or monthly withdrawal limit.
• Your Account is in good standing with no pending security reviews.

Estimated processing times: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost) and DuitNow — typically 5 to 15 minutes. FPX and bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) — typically 15 to 60 minutes during banking hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals — typically 10 to 30 minutes, subject to network conditions.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

ace666 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures. We reserve the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds at any time. Withdrawals may be suspended pending completion of AML checks. Any suspected fraudulent or money-laundering activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

ace666 offers a range of promotional offers to eligible Users, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP program rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer and the general bonus conditions set out below.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement for welcome bonuses on ace666 is 20 times (20x) the bonus amount. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires a total of RM2,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.

6.2 Game Contribution Weighting

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games generally contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino table games, including baccarat and roulette, typically contribute a lower percentage. Sports betting wagers on odds below a specified threshold may contribute a reduced percentage. 6.3 Bonus Eligibility

Promotional offers are available to registered, KYC-verified Users in good standing unless otherwise specified. ace666 reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any User for any promotional offer and to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. 7.1 Game Integrity

Advertised Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-term statistical return and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes. 7.2 Sports Betting

7.3 Bet Limits

7.4 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or obvious pricing error in any game or betting market, ace666 reserves the right to void the affected transactions and return relevant stakes to the Users' Accounts. ace666 does not accept liability for losses arising from technical interruptions.

ace666 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide the following tools and measures to assist Users in maintaining control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.

• Registering or operating more than one Account under your own identity or using another person's identity.
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or unintended game behaviours for financial gain.
• Attempting to launder money, facilitate fraudulent payments, or use the Platform for any activity that constitutes money laundering or terrorist financing under applicable Malaysian or international law.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other time.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of promotional terms or coordinated wagering designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Platform's software or intellectual property.

All content on the ace666 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ace666 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from ace666.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ace666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

ace666's total aggregate liability to any individual User in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the relevant claim.

ace666 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance that may result in temporary Platform unavailability.

ace666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered Users by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the email address or phone number associated with your Account.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if applicable, request Account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Platform's operating jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and ace666, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. For unresolved disputes, ace666 may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution mechanism as applicable under Platform policy.

ace666 maintains detailed records of all Account transactions, game results, and support interactions. These records shall be considered the authoritative source in any dispute resolution process.
