The Team Behind ace666 —
Built for Malaysia's Players
ace666 was built from the ground up with one goal: to deliver a premium, trustworthy, and genuinely enjoyable online casino and sports betting experience to players across Malaysia. From Kuala Lumpur to Penang, Johor Bahru to Shah Alam — this platform exists because of you.
How ace666 Came to Be
ace666 started with a straightforward observation: Malaysian players deserved better. The online casino landscape in 2020 was crowded with platforms built for Western audiences — slow to load, confusing to navigate, and offering payment methods that simply did not work for everyday Malaysians banking with Maybank, CIMB, or Public Bank, or using Touch 'n Go eWallet and DuitNow.
A team of iGaming professionals with deep roots in the Malaysian market set out to change that. Their backgrounds spanned casino operations, software engineering, payment infrastructure, and customer experience — all united by firsthand knowledge of what Malaysian players actually want from an online gaming platform.
From the very first build, ace666 was designed with a mobile-first architecture, because we knew that the majority of players in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, and Shah Alam play primarily on their phones. Every interface decision, every payment integration, every customer support workflow was built around that reality.
Today, ace666 offers over 500 games spanning live casino, high-RTP slots, football betting (including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, and UEFA), arcade games, and lottery-style titles — all accessible in a single unified account, in Ringgit, with deposits and withdrawals processed in minutes.
The platform supports players in three languages — English, Bahasa Melayu, and Chinese — reflecting the multicultural character of Malaysia. Customer support agents are on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week, via live chat and WhatsApp.
ace666 is not just a gaming platform. It is a commitment to doing things right for Malaysian players — with transparency, security, and genuine care for responsible gaming at the core of everything we do. For players aged 21 and above only.

Mission & Core Values
Everything ace666 does — from the games we select to the support team we hire — flows from a set of values we take seriously.
Every product decision at ace666 starts with a single question: does this make the experience better for our Malaysian players? If the answer is no, we do not ship it.
256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, verified Random Number Generators, and rigorous KYC procedures protect every player account and transaction on ace666.
We publish RTP percentages for all slot titles. Our terms are written in plain English — no hidden clauses. Bonus wagering requirements are clearly stated before you accept.
We invest in responsible gaming tools — deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion — because we believe player wellbeing matters more than short-term revenue. For players aged 21 and above only.
What Sets ace666 Apart
Six reasons why Malaysian players choose ace666 and stay — not because they have to, but because the experience genuinely delivers.
Winnings processed through Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and DuitNow typically clear within 5 minutes. No unnecessary delay — your money moves when you need it to.
Competitive Asian handicap and over-under lines for EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, and UFC. Updated in real time so you never miss the right price on the right market.
High-definition live streams from professional studios. Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and Sic Bo — with multilingual dealers and tables open around the clock.
Built for iOS and Android from day one. Smooth performance even on moderate data connections across Malaysia — whether you're in Bangsar or commuting to Petaling Jaya.
Native-speaking support agents in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Chinese. Live chat average response time of 3-5 minutes — real people, not chatbots, any hour of the day.
Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers with cashback up to 12%, priority withdrawals, birthday bonuses, and a dedicated VIP account manager for Gold members. Every bet earns you points.
Built for Malaysia, Inside & Out
ace666 is not a generic international platform translated into English and pointed at Malaysia. It was conceived, designed, and operated with the Malaysian market as the primary — not secondary — audience.
That means everything from our payment integrations (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX) to our live sports coverage (Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, FA Cup Malaysia, UFC) reflects the daily reality of our players — not an afterthought.
SERVING PLAYERS ACROSS:
Accepted Payment Methods
ace666 supports every major Malaysian banking and e-wallet option — all deposits and withdrawals processed in Ringgit with zero conversion fees.
The Principles That Guide ace666
These are not marketing slogans. They are the operational standards our team holds each other to — every day, every decision.
All slot games on ace666 use independently verified Random Number Generators (RNG). RTP percentages are published transparently. No game on the platform is manually adjusted — what you see is what you get.
Withdrawal processing speed is not a luxury — it is a baseline requirement. We set targets (5-15 minutes for e-wallets and DuitNow) and measure them daily. When we miss the target, we investigate.
Malaysia is not a checkbox on a global roadmap. Our team includes Malaysian nationals who understand the local banking landscape, sports culture, and gaming preferences firsthand. That local intelligence shapes everything we build.
We invest in responsible gaming tools even when it means some players wager less. Deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion tools are not grudging compliance features — they reflect how we genuinely want our players to engage with ace666. This platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above.
Every player complaint is logged, categorised, and reviewed in weekly operations meetings. We treat feedback as a product roadmap — not a problem to be deflected. If something is broken or frustrating, we fix it.
